Dennis Riches | If people in ICAN were more concerned about issues outside their focus, they would have noted the incongruity of the Marshall Islands’ recent vote in support of the United States. For the new treaty to become more than a symbolic gesture, the signatories would have make it a foreign policy priority, stick to their principles and withdraw all forms of support from nations that don’t support the treaty.
